Position: Client Servicing Executive
Location: MG Makeovers, Gurgaon (DLF Phase-1, Mega Mall)
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Eligibility: Only Graduates (Age: 18-30)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Greet and assist clients at the studio, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Manage bookings, inquiries, and client follow-ups

• Coordinate with the beauty team for smooth service execution

• Upsell beauty services like nail extensions, lash extensions, microblading, and permanent makeup

• Handle basic administrative tasks related to client management

 

Requirements:
 

 

• Female candidates only

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach

• Previous experience in salons, beauty clinics, or luxury service industries is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to a 6-day work schedule
